TRYSILFJELL HYTTEEIERFORENING 

(Mt. Trysil Cottage-owners’ Association)

Trysilfjell Hytteeierforening (THF) is an association based in the Trysilfjell region in which cottage-owners are united on a voluntary basis in order to promote issues of common interest.

As per April 2009, 600 cottage-owners on the southern side of the mountain are members.

Trysilfjell South consists of nearly 1000 cottages and of course represents a major factor in the local municipality of Trysil.

As a cottage-owner yourself, we would like to invite you to become a member too!

Become a member:

Several reasons why you should consider membership in Trysilfjell:

• THF represents you in matters of common interest and concerning all owners.
  
• THF negotiates best prices on skipasses.
  
• THF negotiates best conditions in Trysil shops and stores.
  
• THF watches agreements between cottage-owners and authorities, as well as other important players, so to ensure equal treatment in relation to the agreements one has entered into.
  
• THF is commonly accepted as spokesman in relation to ‘’Utmarkslaget’’ (united groundowners) and the local administration concerning municipal planwork involving us as owners. Other issues are telephone, TV-connections, etc.
  
• THF represents its members and participates in discussions about day-to-day business as well as new solutions in the cottage park. Examples : roadbuilding and maintenance, handling of garbage, environmental measurements, etc.
  
• THF tries to protect your investment in leasure activities and holiday spending in the best possible way
  
• THF supports and is sponsoring various activities during the seasons.
  

About membership:

Membership dues are established through the annual meeting and amounts at present to Norw. Krona 200,- for a two-year period. Membership is valid for one cottage at the time.

‘’Utmarkslaget’’ will send out a request for payment periodically.
